Albany Management is Hiring a Commercial Superintendent Near Albany, NY
Albany Management has an immediate opening for a HANDS-ON BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT for our Commercial buildings in the Wolf Road corridor, Troy and Guilderland.

Requirements:
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical and general building and grounds maintenance (5 years preferred)
- Experience with power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, fire and alarm systems
- Ability to read building plans and blue prints
- Ability to trouble-shoot problems with equipment
- Reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s License are required
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Able to speak to tenants and maintain good working relations with other team members
- Candidate must be dependable, experienced, mature and possess a solid work history and references
- Able to multitask
- Strong work ethic required
- A good sense of humor a necessity!
Responsibilities Include:
- Hands-on building system maintenance
- Supervising and training maintenance technicians, preparing weekly maintenance schedules, allocating work, managing vendors and contractors
- Oversee commercial office unit make-ready projects
- Regular inspections of grounds, buildings and major equipment
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Equipment maintenance
- Expected hours 40 per week, 8:15 am - 5:00 pm
